Clients can access primary care services through the Nurse Practitioner and consulting physician at no cost. These practitioners are covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan and Toronto Western Hospital.

Fee-for-service treatments can be subsidized for qualifying patients. Through the Joysanne Sidimus Fund, we are able to assist artists in financial need so they only pay 25% of the cost of their treatments.
All patients applying to the Fund must schedule an appointment for assessment with the Nurse Practitioner before submitting an application form to the Artists’ Health Alliance.

We understand that your lifestyle might be unpredictable. You might receive a call for an audition, performance, or some other last minute opportunity for work. Like you, no work means no pay for our practitioners which is why we ask for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and requests for rebooking appointments.
We ask that all artists follow clinic policies, and we thank you for your cooperation.
Payment is due at the completion of each treatment.
We accept cheque, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All cancellations or rescheduling requires a minimum notice of 1 business day.
– Note that we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
– Calls to change appointments are only accepted during reception business hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
All same day cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to the full charge. This applies to Fund recipients as well.
