Narrative Competence Psychotherapy Group

Presented by Dr. Paul Uy, MD

The Narrative Group is a creative opportunity for artists who share an interest in writing and the discussion of writing.  Learning how to write your own stories and sharing them with others in a confidential setting may foster emotional resilience through the coherence that comes from having words for your own life. It may develop creative problem-solving and allow you to find a greater sense of meaning as you navigate your life with your artistic practice and beyond.

Are you interested in joining this group?

Participation requires a 45-minute assessment with Dr. Uy to be accepted into the group. Clients that are new to the clinic will be asked to make an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner for an initial assessment to access clinic services including the Narrative Group.
